Refund policy

We want you to love your Jossa Lighting purchase. If it’s not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition you received them. To start a return, contact us at jossalighting@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
